Shell moves step closer to drilling for oil off Alaska

Shell is a step closer to being able to drill for oil in the Arctic off the coast of Alaska.

The company's got approval from an agency within the US Department of the Interior - but still needs more permits and agreements before any work can start.

Environmental groups are concerned about the impact drilling would have.
