Receivers put four-star Cavan hotel up for sale at €26m

A large hotel and spa development in county Cavan is being put on the market.

The Radisson Farnham Golf and Spa Resort is up for sale with a guide price of €26m.

The four-star facility is being sold through a receiver after running into financial difficulties.

The 16th century County Cavan estate is one of Ireland's largest land holdings with 1,250 acres.
