Oil price spikes again

The price of a barrel of Brent crude oil has increased again, up to US$128.10 this morning.

Oil price surged by more than $5.50 last night, and is up again in early trading.

The increase is being blamed on the belief that the European Central Bank is about to increase interest rates.
