Ireland's main airports see rise in passengers

The number of passengers travelling through the main Irish airports has risen by more than 6%.

In 2018, 36.5 million passengers flew through Dublin, Cork, Shannon, Knock and Kerry airports, just over two million more than the previous year.

Most people arrived into those airports on flights coming from London.

The UK and Spain were the two most popular areas to fly to.
