ECB cuts growth forecast

The European Central Bank has cut its forecasts for growth and for inflation over the next two years.

However, its president Mario Draghi left his programme of quantitative easing, where money is pumped straight into the economy, unchanged.

He has told investors that he will extend it again if necessary.
