Conference to discuss challenges facing global TV business

A conference looking at the challenges facing television in today's digital world is taking place in Dublin today.

International TV and tech event Media-Con will get underway shortly in the Mansion House.

Co-founder Stephen McCormack said industry leaders would discuss the future of the Industry here and abroad.

"We're talking about the challenges and opportunities facing the global TV business, and how Ireland can get involved in that and make a bigger impact in the global TV and tech business," he said.
