Belfast postal strike ends

The Belfast postal strike which has crippled services in the city for more than a fortnight was today called off.

The Communication Workers Union confirmed its members had voted to return to work after an agreement was reached with Royal Mail.

The unofficial strike began on January 31 amid allegations of management harassment and bullying at a Belfast depot.
