Another increase in global airline capacity

Global airline capacity rose this month - the sixth consecutive monthly increase.

It now stands at nearly 273 million seats, up 5% on a year ago.

Europe had 6% more flights and 4% more seats.

The only area where frequency and capacity fell was North America.
