Paddy Power says no financial information was accessed and accounts were not affected.

All customers are being contacted, and the Gardaí and Data Protection Commissioner have been informed.

More than 649,000 customers were affected worldwide. No cutomers who signed up for the online betting service after 2010 are affected.
