Watch: Craic agus ceol at Jig in the Park in Cork

The Cork Midsummer Festival saw plenty of activities over the weekend, with Cork's Fitzgerald Park hosting some of them.

People took to the sunshine-filled city location for the Jig in the Park, an opportunity for everyone to take part in some Irish dancing.

It was followed by what was billed as Ireland's largest ever Maypole Dance and with Irish dance troupe ProdiJIG on hand to teach a few steps, it certainly looked like the place to be at the weekend.
