Drom/Inch (Tipperary) 1-12 Killimor (Galway) 1-07 By Daragh Ó Conchúir

Killimor’s grip on the All-Ireland senior club camogie championship is no more, as Drom/Inch dominated the Galwegians at MacDonagh Park in Nenagh to book a place in this year’s final against Oulart-the-Ballagh.
Drom/Inch held the upper hand when Mary Looby capitalised on clever play by Geraldine Kinane and Niamh Harkin to find the net.
It helped them into a 1-6 to 0-4 half-time lead which was in no way flattering, with Looby, Kinane, Caitriona Shortt and Antoinette all Kennedy registering points.
Shortt was in scintillating form after the break, the corner-forward responsible for all six of her side’s points in that period.
In contrast, it was hard work for Killimor, Martina Conroy and Hanney getting on the mark before Hanney’s late goal helped put a bit more respectability on the scoreboard.
Scorers for Drom/Inch: C Shortt 0-8 (0-3 45s, 2fs), M Looby 1-1, J Ryan, G Kinane, A Kennedy 0-1 each.
