Four points behind with as many minutes remaining, Kanturk dug deep and kicked a goal and two points in an incredible finish.

Youghal were in pole position after raising their game in the second half. The outstanding James O’Mahony netted five minutes from time and soon as they led 2-7 to 0-9.
