Daly says €30 too much for tickets

Anthony Daly has become the latest high profile hurling figure to condemn the price of a covered stand ticket for Sunday’s Munster semi-final between Clare and Waterford.

The Dublin boss believes the €30 admission fee is too much and understands why many people will vote with their feet against it in Thurles.

“I think €30 is a bit saucy, you’d imagine €20 would be enough, just to encourage people to be there,” said the Clare native.
