An IFSC Dublin investment in an historic old building, a thatched Co Tipperary holiday village, clusters of apartments on Cork’s MacCurtain Street and a number of bars are among the next auction date — Jul 4, Independence Day — for Allsops.

There are 121 lots, of which 40 are commercial, with a total reserve of €12m and with maximum lot values of €650/750,000: The higher values are for a Cabinteely site, and a Kilmainham pub, Nancy Hand’s, on Parkgate Street. The mix of lots also include 18 landholdings, including 60 acres in Charleville by the golf club, with a bungalow, with a €450/500,000 reserve.

Highest profile is the 1821-built Excise Building in Dublin’s IFSC, with two cafe tenants paying €120,000 in rent, and a vacant restaurant in between. Reserve is €650,000.

Tipperary’s Puckane holiday village has 12 three-bedroomed thatched cottages, five kms from Lough Derg which had been on the market for €450,000, now with a reserve of €300,000.

And, €300,000 could buy two sets of six apartments each on different sides of MacCurtain Street, Cork, being sold at No 47, and at nos 9, 10 and 11 MacCurtain Street, offered for receivers KPMG.

Ferrybank’s Ross Abbey Town Centre by Waterford city, with 20 shell and core shop units has a reserve range of €225/275,000.
