Online banking woes

There appears to be some resistance to online banking and e-commerce in this country in certain quarters.

Registration with some banks appears to be protracted in the extreme and involves a litany of security questions that go on and on in addition to details of last transactions entered into.

There is also undue difficulty in entering codes that have been entered correctly, with false error messages that prevent account holders from getting access to their account without operator assistance.

If this country has serious objections to online banking or e-commerce, it should say so outright and not be engaging in iron-fisted bureaucracy and obstruction.
