Fianna Fáil has claimed the health service is chaotic and that minister James Reilly is more concerned with spin.
The party’s health spokesman Billy Kelleher said the Government was failing to protect the most vulnerable. Speaking ahead of his party’s private members motion in the Dáil, he said: "We have already seen the severity of Minister Reilly’s cuts on frontline services: increasing waiting lists, falling private health insurance provision, and hundreds of community bed closures.
"There is a chaotic situation in the health service."
