Hotel first to serve up calorie count of every dish on the dinner menu

Limerick yesterday heralded the first hotel dinner menu which has a calorie value of every dish.

Jan O’Sullivan gave the menu at the city’s George Boutique Hotel her ministerial stamp of approval.

The menu features 12 main courses, eight starters and seven desserts.
