Russia returns to the Eurovision after Ukraine ban

Russia is returning to the Eurovision Song Contest.

Last year's host Ukraine barred the Russian representative from travelling to the country.

The global musical competition is being staged in Lisbon for the first time in May with entries from 42 countries.
