The ISPCC has welcomed the Government's commitment to hold the long-awaited children's rights referendum.
It follows the ring-fencing of €3m to finance the holding of the referendum in yesterday's Budget.
A report on the constitutional amendment on children is due to be handed to the Government in the coming weeks.
