Not even Bill Gates uses a Windows Phone – but he doesn’t have an iPhone either

Bill Gates, the billionaire founder of Microsoft, says he uses an Android phone.

This is despite the fact that Microsoft has its own Windows-powered devices, which have not been as successful as Google’s Android phones.

Now the company’s own founder has been seduced by the competition.

Bill Gates talks about his relationship with Steve Jobs and his smartphone of choice. Full interview on Fox News at 10pm ET.

“Recently I actually did switch to an Android phone with a lot of Microsoft software,” the tech giant told Fox News with a smile.

He was also asked what he thought of Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs, with whom he had a colourful relationship, and the new iPhone X.

“Steve was a genius, it’s great that Apple’s continuing to do good work. I happen to use all Windows-based PCs,” he said.

Asked if he had an iPhone too, he responded: “No, no iPhone.”
