Quinn out of Ireland squad for Wales friendly

Hull's Stephen Quinn has pulled out of the squad for next week's friendly against Wales in Cardiff due to a hamstring injury.

Yeovil forward Paddy Madden has been put on standby, the FAI said.

He joins Norwich winger Anthony Pilkington, goalkeeper David Forde and Nottingham Forest forward Simon Cox, who withdrew from manager Giovanni Trapattoni's squad earlier today.
