Dublin v Carlow: Carlow succumb by 12 points in face of unrelenting pressure

Dublin proved their unquestioned class against a dogged Carlow side in O'Moore Park this evening to emerge with an emphatic 12 point win, 0-19 to 0-7.

How the match unfolded:

7.20pm: 20 mins in and Dublin lead by 6pts to 2.

7.30pm: 30 mins in and a determined Carlow trail by just four.

7.35pm: It's half time and Dublin lead by just 8pts to 5.

Carlow will be happy.

8.05pm: Ten minutes into second half Dublin lead by 10pts to six and call on Bernard Brogan from bench.

Carlow sprung a surprise earlier in the Championship with an impressive win over neighbours Wexford in the 1st round.
