A young Irishman who died in an accident in Norway has been named as Colm Johnson.

A young Irishman who died in an accident in Norway has been named as Colm Johnson.

The 24 year old, who was from Bandon in County Cork lost his life when his kayak overturned during an adventure holiday on Monday.

He had been travelling with a group of friends, and was reportedly due to return home today.

Preparations are being made for the repatriation of Colm's remains.
