Focus on Irish tax laws as Kenny heads for Brussels

Ireland's tax laws will come under the spotlight again today when the Taoiseach attends a European Council meeting in Brussels.

The talks follow the publication yesterday of a report by the US Senate which claims that Ireland's tax laws enabled the tech giant Apple to avoid paying billions of dollars in tax.
