Drivers take care as Met Eireann issues Status Orange fog warning

Met Eireann have issued a Status Orange fog warning for the country this morning.

Drivers should take care on the roads as there will be widespread fog this morning, dense in places, according to the forecaster.

The fog will only gradually thin and lift during the morning.

The alert is in place until midday today.
