Breffni Park hosts first-ever women’s International Rules tie

Ireland and Australia are due to meet this afternoon in the first-ever women's International Rules match.

The match gets underway at Breffni Park in Cavan at 4pm, with the second leg due to take place at Parnell Park next Saturday.

The Irish side is managed by Armagh player Jarlath Burns and includes players from all over the country.
