Spears' songwriters accuse composer of plagiarism

Britney Spears' songwriters have accused a South Korean composer of plagiarising the star's 2005 song Do Somethin' and are seeking damages.

The fast-paced track, from Spears' Greatest Hits: My Prerogative album, failed to make much of an impact on the charts following its February 2005 release, charting at number 100 on America's Billboard Hot 100 and number six in the UK's top 40.
