Khloe Kardashian defends jeans brand after 'sweat shop' jibe

Khloe Kardashian has criticised claims her jeans are being made in a factory resembling a “sweat shop”.

The reality TV star told one of her followers on Twitter: “Watch your mouth”, after the accusation was made about her Good American denim range.

Khloe, 32, had posted a series of Snapchat videos after making a surprise visit to the factory in Los Angeles which makes the clothing line.

In response, a Twitter user called Tiffani from Leeds, wrote: “By the looks of @khloekardashian Snapchat, she’s got a sweat shop working on her jeans.”

Khloe was quick to respond to the allegation, tweeting: “Watch your mouth. All make salaries and all are employed in la! Know your info before you chime in.”

She later added: “It means a lot to me to fight to make my denim in the US and to be employing good wages to all of my hard-working employees!”

Tiffani, who describes herself as a “tattooed 21-year-old sports coach” later apologised, tweeting: “I’ll get my info right next time.”
