Bieber and Horan upset neighbours with late-night session

Justin Bieber admits he "p***ed off" Niall Horan's neighbours when the pair enjoyed a 3am musical jam session.

The 'Boyfriend' singer recently visited the One Direction singer's London apartment and when they started playing music together in the early hours of the morning the other residents in Niall's block were not impressed.
