Ryanair announces new route from Cork

Ryanair has today announced a new Cork to UK East Midlands route.

The route will begin from Sept 1, 2012, operating three times weekly.

It will grow Ryanair’s Cork route network to 19, "delivering an estimated 650,000 passengers p.a. and sustaining 650 'on-site' jobs", according to a Ryanair statement.

Ryanair celebrated its new Cork-East Midlands route by launching one million seats from €15.99 for travel "across Europe" on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in July, which are available for booking from midnight tonight until midnight Monday (June 4) on www.ryanair.com.
