Midlands to run workshops on creating new economy

A series of workshops on creating a new economy for the Midlands gets underway in Co. Offaly today.

The workshops are being highlighted as opportunities for individuals and companies to improve their business.

Arts and Crafts, Tourism and Technology are just some of the topics up for discussion at the event in Tullamore.

CEO of Bord Na Mona Gabriel D'Arcy said the Midlands has many unique strengths to help the Irish economic recovery.
