ECB deny reports of 'problematic' borrowing cap
The European Central Bank has denied reports it's set to cap the borrowing costs for debt-laden Eurozone countries.
The ECB says reports of a plan in the German media over the weekend were 'very misleading' and that no decision has yet been taken.
Earlier, a German finance spokesperson said the scheme, wherby the ECB would limit the borrowing costs for countries like Greece, Spain and Ireland, would be 'very problematic'.
