Candystripes look to maintain 100% record
28/03/2008 - 14:06:13

Derry City will be looking to maintain their impressive start to the season when they entertain the champions Drogheda at the Brandywell tonight, kick-off 7.45pm.

The Candystripes are unbeaten this season and a win tonight would put a lot of pressure on Drogheda boss Paul Doolin.

Kevin Deery (knee), Mark McChrystal (metatarsal), Sean Hargan (ankle) and Sam Morrow (cruciate) are all missing for City.

And boss Stephen Kenny has another injury worry with Pat McCourt nursing a dead leg.

Drogheda may have Jason Gavin back in the squad, although Declan O’Brien and Shane Barrett are not yet available for selection.

Shaun Maher and Dan Connor are still out for United.
