England duo a concern for Grant

Chelsea boss Avram Grant faces an anxious wait to see if captain John Terry and midfielder Frank Lampard will be fit enough to face Middlesbrough on Sunday.
Terry was forced out of England’s friendly defeat to France at half-time with a hamstring problem while Lampard was struck down by illness.
Goalkeeper Petr Cech should have recovered from his ankle problem to be included in Grant’s squad.
