Boss Roy Hodgson looks set to keep faith with the same starting line-up that defeated Birmingham but could opt for Erik Nevland ahead of Diomansy Kamara. Finland striker Jari Litmanen played for the reserves in midweek and is available but is unlikely to figure due to a lack of match fitness.
