Man questioned after suspect device found in Dublin

A man was being questioned by gardaĆ­ this afternoon in connection with a suspicious device found in south Dublin.

The device was discovered between 12pm and 1pm this afternoon.

The Garda Emergency Response Unit sealed off an area of Pigeon House Road in Ringsend, and the Army Bomb Disposal Unit was dispatched to the scene to examine the device.
