London: Heron International, the company run by property entrepreneur Gerald Ronson, plans to build a 43-storey tower that includes a Four Seasons Hotel in the City of London financial district for more than £500 million pounds (€551.2m).
The company sought planning permission for a building that will include 190 hotel rooms and 120 apartments, Heron said. The project will be next to the company’s Heron Tower development, a 46-story office that’s due to be finished next year.
The skyscrapers will form Heron Plaza, an office and leisure development near Liverpool Street station.
