THE asking price is €365,000, €1,000 for every day in the year – and once you’re home, you won’t leave for years.

So says auctioneer Conor Smith of 11, Bracken Wood, in Blarney, Cork – a real walk-in, quality job, he adds.

The six-year-old house, built by Cumnor Construction, has been finished out internally to a very high standard, and quite probably the owners got a taste for design while doing it, as they now want to build an even larger one-off home from scratch.
