LAST week’s feature on the Castlelake scheme at Carrigtwohill, Co Cork, referred to the Cascade scheme of apartments.
We have been asked to point out by MMD Construction, who are developing the 95 Cascade units in Castlelake, that work has not ceased on the three-block scheme and is continuing on the building’s interior.
In fact, the firm has sold 35 units to date, says MMD’s Tomas O’Donovan and plans to launch the remaining units when complete.
According to Trish Stokes of Sherry FitzGerald, who are handling the marketing, the units will offer an above-average specification and interior fit-out when they come to the market.
The firm is biding its time until all units are complete and ready to show.
