O'Sullivan injury scare for the Kingdom

KERRY boss Jack O'Connor breathed a sigh of relief last night after a new injury scare involving attacker, Declan O'Sullivan.

O'Connor's Dromid Pearses club colleague limped out of training on Wednesday night with a knee injury, prompting fears for his All-Ireland final spot on Sunday week against Mayo.

However, tests yesterday on O'Sullivan determined that the damage was only bruising, clearing him to resume training tomorrow in Killarney. The former U21 star already missed eight weeks of the campaign with a damaged collarbone.
